Technically yes, you can use any water in the bottles. We do however recommend using purified, filtered, or bottled water over tap water. We believe no one should drink straight tap water, as there are too many impurites in most cities tap water.

For best results, we recommend using filtered water, reverse osmosis (RO) water, or distilled water. While you can use tap water, the purity of the source water ensures the cleanest taste and best performance of the bottle's technology.

Cleaning is simple. The bottle itself can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water (do not put the base with the electronic components in the dishwasher). Make sure not to get water into the USB charging port as this will void the warranty.

For maximum benefit, we recommend drinking your hydrogen-infused water within 30-60 minutes of the cycle finishing. You should only infuse pure, clean water in your Liquid Hydrogen bottle. Adding flavorings, powders, or other substances before the infusion cycle can interfere with the electrolysis process and potentially damage the high-purity platinum plates. If you wish to add flavor, please do so after the hydrogen infusion cycle is complete.
